Job Description: We are seeking a compliance Analyst in Boston, MA who will manage the day to day administration of compliance policies related to regulatory procedures and practices in accordance with all applicable SEC regulations.
Responsibilities include:
* Perform reviews, testing and monitoring of all policies and procedures to ensure the companys compliance with SEC regulations.
* Administer the GWK Code of Ethics program, including the maintenance and review of pre-clearance requests for all personal trading activities.
* Conduct post trade review/monitoring and identify trends/patterns in trades.
Business Skills: · Knowledge of SEC regulatory requirements.
· Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new database systems.
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years industry related experience.
