Responsibilities will include:
Prepare, review and issue monthly financial reports
Quarterly consolidations of investments funds and portfolio companies
Timely issuance of quarterly and annual financial statements for distribution to investors and for internal and external reporting
Maintain the GL for flow-through entities and portfolio companies
Manage daily cash transactions and reconciling bank statements
Requirements:
5 or more years of Accounting / Finance experience
CPA, Big-4 profile desirable
