Personal Assistant for an Experienced Realtor
To work as a personal assistant for an experienced realtor at the Coldwell Banker Brookline office. This position offers good pay, a good environment and great opportunity to learn the real estate business. I can train the right person( no prior sales experience necessary)
This person should be:
· A self-starter
· Enjoy interacting with people
· Have a car
· Would need to get a real estate license
Job Description:
· Work hand and hand with me helping with:
· Showings of property
· Calling and set up appointments with lawyers and appraisers to get proper paperwork for a real estate closing
· Performing some marketing tasks including sending postcards, following up with clients that have visited an open house, and prospecting
· Managing database of clients
